Villa Yaz is an architect-designed house split across three levels: the terrace level (ground floor), the first floor and the top floor. The immaculate grounds include an infinity pool and a roof terrace with Ottoman seating area which offers wonderful views across the sea towards Snake and Mouse islands.

The Villa accommodates twelve adults, with six spacious bedrooms (five doubles and one twin). To ensure the comfort of all guests, Villa Yaz is a non-smoking property.

The only decision you have to make at Villa Yaz is how to enjoy yourself next. Will you lounge on one of the sunbeds on the spacious terrace by the infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi – or will you take a dip? Will you sit in the shade of the tiled pergolas and lose yourself in a favourite novel? You might simply gaze out across the bay and the hills, enjoying the wonderful views.

Inside the villa, the rooms are spacious and cool. Each bedroom has its own unique character, contemporary Turkish design and colour scheme – and all are designed for maximum luxury and comfort. Pamper yourself in the marbled bathrooms, stretch out on the huge beds, then head back outside in the evening to toast your leisurely al fresco barbeque with bottles of bubbly that sparkle as invitingly as the sea…
