Prices and Your Booking
The prices per week, for up to twelve guests, during 2012 are:

Other times by negotiation, taking into consideration the possible need for pool heating and possibly villa heating costs.
If your holiday spans two price brackets (e.g. last week September, first week October), the rate will be calculated on a daily basis.
The rental price includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change once during the week. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis.

Booking Procedure
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance will be due eight weeks prior to your arrival date.
Payment for airport transfers and/or car hire upgrades are paid directly to the agent in Kalkan, either in pounds sterling (GBP) or Turkish Lira.
Guests may access the Villa from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival and must vacate the property by 11 am on the day of departure.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £500 is required along with your final balance payment. This will be held during your stay and returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure, provided there are no major breakages or damages to Villa Yaz or its contents (other than normal wear and tear).
